Our HistoryThe Law Firm of BELL AND YOUNG, LTD. was formed by Kenneth G. Bell, with his expertise in corporate and business experience, and Richard D. Young, with his civil litigation and governmental regulation experience, in 1975. By 1985, the firm included David K. Rosequist and Craig A. Hoppe, bringing with them their strong litigation background including experience in such high profile mass litigations as the MGM and Hilton fire cases. Over the years, Bell and Young, Ltd. has provided extra levels of service to their clientele and the Las Vegas Business Community, such as the B.Y. Line, the firm’s bi-annual newsletter, which addresses Nevada legislative programs , tort and civil litigation issues. In 1991, Bell and Young, Ltd. adopted procedures for arbitration cases that had been judicially and legislatively mandated. The latest state procedure is a short trial program which has limited appeal, due to its’ restrictive use of review by the Nevada Supreme Court. Our firm pledges to continue its commitment to innovative programs to fit a particular business or industry’s needs. |
