Kenneth G. Bell (of Counsel)
Kenneth G. Bell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Idaho State University, a Juris Doctor from University of Idaho, and completed Post Graduate Studies at the University of Colorado Law School. He is admitted to practice in Idaho State and Federal Courts, in all Nevada Courts and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of Idaho and Nevada State Bar Associations. His corporate, business and estate experience exceed 35 years. His main areas of practice currently are estates, probates and corporate matters.
Richard D. Young
Richard D. Young holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Utah, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah Law School. He is admitted to practice in Utah and Nevada State and Federal Courts, the Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He is a Member of the Utah and Nevada State Bar Associations and Defense Research Institute. His experience in defense of insurance companies, insured and self-insured companies exceeds 30 years. His main areas of practice currently are personal injury, defense, construction and mold litigation.
Craig A. Hoppe
Craig A. Hoppe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Nevada, and a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law. He is admitted to practice in all Nevada Courts and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of Nevada State Bar Association, American Bar Association and American Trial Lawyers Association. His experience focusing on civil litigation, arbitration, including insurance, administrative and real estate law, exceeds 20 years. His experience includes Claims Examiner for American Hardware Mutual Insurance Companies. His main areas of practice are currently elder law, insurance defense matters and as an arbitrator and mediator.
Travis W. Brandt
Travis W. Brandt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska. He is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts. He is a member of the Nevada Bar Association. He currently practices in the areas of insurance defense and construction defect matters.
Melanie J. Muldowney
Melanie J. Muldowney holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Lewis & Clark College and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. She is admitted to Practice in California State Courts and all Nevada State and Federal Courts. She is a member of Nevada State Bar Association. Her main areas of practice are civil litigation and insurance defense.
