Property Management: We assist property managers in developing risk management protocols and procedures to minimize the involvement in litigation. We also represent property managers with respect to lawsuits, arbitrations, and mediations before the courts, the Nevada Real Estate Division, and the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors.

Real Estate Commission Disputes: Real estate commission disputes often arise during the course of a real property transaction. We represent real estate brokers and agents with respect to lawsuits, arbitrations, and mediations involving commission disputes, before the courts, the Nevada Real Estate Division, and the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. We also represent individual Buyers and Sellers in resolving commission disputes when they believe that a real estate commission is not rightfully due.
