Contract Drafting/Negotiation: We draft and negotiate contracts for general contractors, subcontractors, developers and property owners to ensure that their interest are protected and that each party's rights and responsibilities are explicitly stated in order to avoid any misunderstanding and possible litigation.

Contractor Licensing: We assist contractors of all sizes in obtaining and retaining licenses. We also assist and represent contractors with respect to matters involving the Nevada State Contractors Board.

Construction Defect Litigation: We work with insurance carriers, construction related businesses, contractors and material suppliers to resolve construction defect disputes in the most efficient and cost effective manner.

Mold Litigation: We represent contractors, homeowners, and insurance carriers in all matters involving the infiltration of mold into homes and businesses.

Mechanic's Liens: We work with contractors to place liens on properties. We also represent with property owners in defending any action involving liens.
